Hubert, our chef, specialises in simple and good honest South Tyrolean cuisine with Mediterranean influences. In the morning you fortify yourself at our sumptuous breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires. In the evening there are set menus accompanied by fine wines from our wine cellar.
